Cathy is CEO and founder of The Alternative Board of Central New Jersey. She has more than 30 years of experience driving growth and profitability across a diverse range of business, everything from multi-billion dollar companies to small start-ups. She uses this experience to help entrepreneurs and their leadership teams simplify, clarify and achieve their vision.
FUN FACT: Media is a family activity. We watch, read and discuss wherever we are. We are trivia experts in Game of Thrones, Harry Potter, Star Wars, and The Hunger Games!
Vicky has been a partner in TAB of Central New Jersey since 2009. She has 25+ years of experience in strategic planning, succession and exit planning, and all aspects of short and long term funding. She works with entrepreneurs to help them maximize the value of their companies, assess their long term growth and exit alternatives, and fund their cash flow peaks and valleys.
FUN FACT: I have 3 rescue dogs and could be convinced to adopt more!
Kathy is a TAB-certified Board Facilitator, President of Bryant Staffing and founder of K. Warren Consulting Services. She is certified by the Society of Human Resources (SHRM) and provides a range of HR consulting services to our clients, often acting as their HR Manager as needed. She leverages that experience to help TAB clients navigate HR issues and build great teams.
FUN FACT: I have known one of my closest friends since I was 6. We got married on the same day, both moved to NJ that same year and have spent almost every anniversary together.
Claudia is a TAB certified contract facilitator and joined TAB-CNJ in 2021. She has a proven record of leadership honed over a 35+ year career in the financial services industry. Under the banner of operational excellence, her work has been in change management, process improvement, compliance, and risk management. She looks forward to sharing experiences with her clients and coach them as they grow and transform their businesses.
Fun Fact: I am among the dwindling number of people who spent most of their professional career at the same institution.
